My Tiny Kitchen

We prepare our wholefood cuisine in this half-kitchen, which Larry built in the corner of my office where I work all day. This allows me to write and cook slow foods at the same time.

This past week I’ve been doing a lot of work on my kitchen, since I’ve now started a new food blog Wholefood Cuisine.

I keep finding that I can do more and more in smaller and smaller space by knowing what my needs are and organizing space around them.

This is really good practice for designing the kitchen of our tiny house. Having this small kitchen to practice in is giving me the opportunity to see what I need, how much space it takes, and explore space-maximizing ideas.
